U.S. Spray Foam Rentals was contacted by a customer who was looking to insulate a newly constructed winery in the heart of the Midwest! Our team helped this family insulate their project with professional foam insulation rental equipment and save money doing it!

Our technician arrived onsite and briefly met with the customer for a quick tour of the project and then it was off to the races! The customer was spraying foam within an hour of our arrival.

This project consisted of two parts. The first project was to insulate the newly built pole barn. This pole barn had the walls sprayed with 3″ of open cell spray foam and we applied 5″ on the underside of the roof. Our foam insulation rental machine was the perfect fit for this project as we needed to insulate a lot of square footage within the building and we needed to do it quickly.

The second phase of the project consisted of applying open cell spray foam to the exterior side of an existing roof. The foam was sprayed at a depth of 6″. The foam was later covered with tin to protect it from the elements. Once again our foam insulation equipment rental worked flawlessly for our customer.

After the hard work was complete, we built another great relationship and helped our customer save money on the foam insulation install and money on their utility bills as well!
